  • How do I order Competition VIDEOS or PACKAGES?

  • My Competition order has not arrived, what do I do next?
    Photo only orders usually arrive within 1 hour of ordering. Orders that contain videos or packages usually arrive within 48hrs but may take up to 7 days during busy periods. ​ Please check your junk and spam folders for emails from info@dancepro.com.au and noreply@wetransfer.com.au. It is not uncommon for our email links to be blocked or go to spam/junk even if you have previously received emails from us. If your order has not arrived within 7 days and you have checked your junk and spam folders, please complete all of the following steps: To ensure you receive your order, please whitelist or add the following email addresses to your email contacts: info@dancepro.com.au, noreply@wetransfer.com Check that these emails are marked as 'safe' or are not labelled as spam.   • How do I get my gallery password?
    Check the concert or competition programme, collect a flyer from the comp venue or send us an email (info@dancepro.com.au) or PM us on social media.
  • Can I take photos or videos of the performers on stage?
    In theatres, copyright and child protection laws prevent patrons from photographing or videoing performers whilst they are on stage.
  • Will there be photos & videos of every dancer?
    We photograph & video every routine competing. There's no need to pre-order! While we aim to capture great images of every dancer on stage in troupes, this is not always possible due to equipment, lighting and positioning of the dancers and camera.
  • How can I purchase my images?
    You can pay securely and conveniently on our website using a Credit Card.
  • When will the media be ready?
    Media is usually available from 24hrs after the conclusion of the event. For longer competitions, media may become available during the event. Make sure you head to the gallery and register beforehand. You will be notified via email when your media is ready!
  • Is there a cut-off date for media orders?
    The photo galleries do not have expiry dates, we have unlimited storage, so images will be available for the foreseeable future. Videos & packages are only available for a limited time after the compeition finishes. This is usually 3-4 weeks. Get in quick to avoid disappointment!
  • How do I order & receive my media?
    All of our images are digital products. Visit www.DancePro.com.au, Scroll down and click on ‘Order Competition Media’, Select the competition, Enter your email address and the gallery login password (found on flyers, comp programme or contact us), Choose the competitor album that you would like to order from, Computer – click on the shopping cart icon under any image, Phone – click on any image and then the ‘Buy’ button, Select the media you would like to purchase: COMPETITION VIDEO - High-definition digital download.   • How do I download my media or unzip a zip folder?
    Unless you are familiar with using zip folders on your phone, we recommend a computer to download your media. ​ Android has no problem dealing with zip folders, however, they aren't great with a wide range of video formats. You may need to find a suitable video app. You can transfer the files to USB or computer. Files may be too large to message or email. Using Safari on iPhone, you can download your zip folder and open it in the Files app. Click the zip folder to extract and then you can save the media to your camera roll by pressing the exprt (arrow up) button. ​ Zipped (compressed) files take up less storage space and can be transferred to other computers more quickly than uncompressed files. You can work with zipped files and folders in the same way that you work with uncompressed files and folders. Locate the zipped folder that you want to unzip (extract) files or folders from. To unzip all the contents of the zipped folder, right-click the folder, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions. Detailed Windows instructions can be found HERE.   • My order has not arrived, what do I do next?

For iPhone, you can usually save your media to your camera roll from the File app and then airdrop media to other Apple devices. Files may be too large to message or email.
  • What can I do with my images?
    All images are for personal use only. Digital Download images can be emailed, saved, edited and uploaded to social media for non-commercial uses. Use of any images in websites, publicity, print media (flyers & posters), advertising or revenue generating is not permitted without written consent. If you would like to use any images for these purposes, please email info@dancepro.com.au
  • My video is playing but there is no sound. Is it broken?
    Not at all! If you're familiar with codecs, you may just need to check for updates. If not, ensure you are using VLC Media Player (free download) HERE.
  • Can I share the gallery login password with family and friends?
    We take the well-being and safety of your children seriously; all galleries are locked with a login password. While you can send the login privately to family and friends, please do not share the gallery password publicly on social media or other forums.
  • If I or my child has their photo taken on the backdrop, do I have to purchase those images?
    There is no obligation to purchase the images. You are welcome to have photos taken in all of your costumes and make up your mind after you have viewed the images online.
  • Can I take photos of my child on your backdrop with my phone or personal camera?
    Due to time restrictions, lighting and safety, parents will not be permitted to photograph their children in front of the professional backdrop.
  • How can I purchase my images?

This low-quality budget friendly option is a good way to have a little memory of your time on stage. 'Full Resolution digital download images' are all of the pixels. They are usually 6MB-14MB and are perfect for editing, cropping, saving, sending, sharing and uploading to social media. These are the best quality digital download images. ​ You will receive an email within an hour of your order with a link to download your images. Images are downloaded as a .zip file and may not be compatible with all mobile devices. We recommend using a computer for orders and downloads.     Visit www.DancePro.com.au, Click on the 'Watch Now' button under 'Watch Concert Video Online', Select your studio and your current concert, Enter the login that your studio has sent you and students FULL NAME, You can watch your video on any device, Please download your video using a computer before the cut-off date. Click the 'Download this Video' button underneath the video or (if available) click the 'Download All' button in the top right-hand corner to download the entire concert, Save your video somewhere safe preferably in more than one place e.g. Computer, USB & backup hard drive. ​ DancePro will not send out login passwords for videos, please check with your dance studio.   • Can I share the gallery login password with family and friends?

  • My competition video download link has expired, can you resend it?
    Yes! Download links are valid for 4 weeks. Your original purchase included the cost of uploading and hosting the media online once. If your link has expired, you can have your media reuploaded and the link emailed to you by opening our Media Vault HERE.
  • How should I store my media?
    While we aim to store media for as long as possible, it is not practical to keep media indefinitely. Please remember to back up your digital dance media to a computer or external hard drive in more than one place to prevent loss. From the DancePro app, you can send save and share your photos and videos to your camera roll, email or computer. For USB’s, files can be backed up once to prevent data loss. Media stored in the app will not transfer to a new device.
  • What happens if I lose or delete my photos and videos?
    If you have your order number, you can open our Media Vault HERE. If we still have your media stored, we can email you the download link. Photos can be purchased from our website.
  • How do I order media that is no longer available in the gallery?
    Videos and packages are only available for a limited time on our website to ensure orders can be sent out quickly and correctly and to keep costs reasonable. Photos are available indefinitely. If we still have older media stored in our Vault, you can order packages from older events. Please check the photo gallery to get the following info, and email it to info@dancepro.com.au Competition name and date (eg. Wicked Dance Competition, August 2022), Section number and competitor number - check photo gallery - (eg. Section 23, Competitor 2, Jess Smith), Colour/style of costume and/or the Songt title (eg. Costume: Blue leotard, Song: Wings) Note that only packages (photos & video) are available, you cannot purchase individual videos.
  • What is your refund policy?
    If you purchased any digital images, we do not offer a refund. If you viewed your images online and accepted the terms of purchase, this signified that you were satisfied with the images photographed. Please make sure you are completely satisfied with your images and ensure the subject is in focus (not blurry). Please note that images will arrive exactly as shown on the preview screen. No adjustments are made to your order. By checking and signing for your media at the competition kiosk, you have signified that you are satisfied with the product. There are no refunds on digital products. Please check your media order is correct.

  3. Select your studio and your current concert,

  4. Enter the login that your studio has sent you and students FULL NAME,

  5. You can watch your video on any device,

  6. Please download your video using a computer before the cut-off date. Click the 'Download this Video' button underneath the video or (if available) click the 'Download All' button in the top right-hand corner to download the entire concert,

  7. Save your video somewhere safe preferably in more than one place e.g. Computer, USB & backup hard drive.

DancePro will not send out login passwords for videos, please check with your dance studio.

  • In theatres, copyright and child protection laws prevent patrons from photographing or videoing performers whilst they are on stage.

  • While we aim to capture great images of every dancer on stage, this is not always possible due to equipment, lighting and positioning of the dancers and camera.

  • Images will print darker than they appear on your screen.

  • Not all images are suitable to print.

  • Images are downloaded as a .zip file and may not be compatible with all mobile devices. We recommend using a computer for orders and downloads.

  • All images are for personal use only. Digital Download images can be emailed, saved, edited and uploaded to social media for non-commercial uses.

  • Use of DancePro media (photos & videos) for promotion/publicity for or in conjunction with a business falls outside of the Personal License that you have purchased. Please get in contact with us if you would like to use DancePro media for your business social media or website.

  • Media cannot be used in any manner that generates an income (this does not include prizes or prize money). Please get in contact to discuss commercial media licenses.

  • If you purchased any digital images, we do not offer a refund. If you viewed your images online and accepted the terms of purchase, this signified that you were satisfied with the images photographed. Please make sure you are completely satisfied with your images and ensure the subject is in focus (not blurry).

  • Discount/Coupon codes must be applied at the time of purchase, we cannot add codes after your purchase.

  • By checking and signing for your media at the competition, you have signified that you are satisfied with the product. There are no refunds on digital products. Please check your media order is correct.

  • We take the well-being and safety of your children seriously; all galleries are locked with a login password. Please do not share the gallery password publicly on social media or other forums.

  • USBs may not be compatible with every model of TV or media player.

  • If you are experiencing playback issues on your computer, transfer the files from the USB onto the hard drive. Ensure you are using VLC Player.

We may also make you aware of new and additional products, services and opportunities available to you. If there is a change of control in our business or a sale or transfer of business assets, we reserve the right to transfer to the extent permissible at law our user databases, together with any personal information and non-personal information contained in those databases. This information may be disclosed to a potential purchaser under an agreement to maintain confidentiality. 6.2. The transmission and exchange of information is carried out at your own risk. We cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to us, or receive from us. Although we take measures to safeguard against unauthorised disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that personal information that we collect will not be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.

A small administrative fee may be payable for the provision of information.
