Meet the Director

After graduating from John Curtin College of the Arts, majoring in Dance and Arts-media, David Mueller furthered his studies by gaining a Bachelor of Arts (Dance) from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) and a Graduate Diploma of Secondary Education (Dance & Media, ECU).


David has a rich history in dance, performing in countless contemporary and corporate shows and companies throughout Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, USA, Europe and the UK.


David has also taught at many high schools and private dance schools throughout Perth. As an educator, David has delivered Certificate II and Advanced Diploma in Dance and teaches dance and photography full time.


Combining his passion for both dance and photography, David began shooting dance concerts as a hobby in 2008. David now provides high quality videos and images for dance schools and competitions, allowing parents and students to keep beautiful memories of their time on stage.

Meet the Team

DancePro Photography & Video contracts a qualified crew of local dancers, dance teachers, photographers, videographers and customer service members to provide professional dance media. To us, the most important quality of our crew is their love and knowledge of dance. This ensures correct technique when posing portraits, perfect timing when photographing concerts and an almost uncanny sense for what is coming next on stage.

All of our friendly staff have a valid Police Clearance and Working with Children Check and can be easily identified wearing their DancePro lanyard at events.


Team Leader


Natalie began dancing in the UK, where she grew up, and trained from the age of 3 in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical and musical theatre. After gaining her teaching qualifications, she moved to Vancouver to work, and then a few years later to Perth, Australia. She is passionate about the arts, and believes that dance is one of the greatest creative outlets there is! Natalie's experience as a dancer and a teacher means that working around the dance competition scene is second nature, and she has loved being able to transfer her knowledge and experience to dance videography and photography. Natalie has been working with DancePro since 2018, and loves being able to see students enjoy themselves on stage, and their families get to watch them do what they love!


Team Leader


India joined the DancePro team in 2019 after finding her love of photography within her school’s photography program. Having grown up in the dance world, India is well versed when it comes to performing. She has been dancing for over 15 years, competing in dance competitions across the state and been cast in numerous corporate shows/events. Her established background in dance allows to her really understand how to capture all the best moments of a live performance.

India says the most rewarding part about working for DancePro is helping young dancers document their journey. She believes there really is nothing better than having a photo or video to look back on when you’re old and wrinkly. She hopes to one day travel the world with a successful career in dance (taking plenty of photos along the way).


Team Leader


At the age of three Jessica was introduced to the world of dance through jazz, tap, lyrical, contemporary, hip-hop, and ballet. This then led to Jessica completing her Diploma of Performing Arts, majoring in dance at Principal Academy of Dance and Theatre Arts. She has since completed her Master of Teaching in Early Childhood Education and is able to integrate her love of dance and The Arts within the classroom. Jessica believes that the arts foster creativity and imagination, providing a means to express oneself. She began working with DancePro in 2018 and loves being able to capture students' love of dance.

Laura currently studies Screen Arts and Photography at Curtin University. Although only having danced for a few years in her teens, she loves how working with DancePro allows her to still be involved with the industry, tying together her passions of both filming and dance. Laura started with DancePro in April 2019, she finds it rewarding to witness her own improvement in photography, whilst also being able to capture the growth and improvement of the dancers. With a passion to pursue a career in the film and photography industry, she is grateful to have the opportunity to practice and strengthen her skills in such an enjoyable environment!


Media Crew


Diana started dancing from age 5 and performed in several concerts and shows. She occasionally picked up a few gigs for cultural shows in her teens. Diana is a self taught photographer who has been shooting portraits and weddings professionally for three years. She been working with DancePro since 2018. For Diana, dance is such a beautiful form of expression and combined with music evokes such powerful emotion, it's breathtaking to watch!

Shania started dancing at age 7 and has continued ever since. She loves that dance is a creative way to express yourself as well as a great way to entertain others. Shania has been working with DancePro since 2019 and loves being able to provide performers with high quality images and videos that they can use to build a performing arts portfolio and cherish forever.

Camryn started dancing at the age of 7, training in all styles of dance at Studio 24. Camryn began with DancePro in 2018 and enjoys spending her holidays working at different concerts and competitions. Camryn has always danced competitively so she loves to be at comps working at the kiosk and interacting with old friends and making new ones. Camryn recently received a contract with Norwegian Cruise Lines to dance on Voyager of the Seas, but always looks forward to being behind the video camera as she gets to watch and support Perth talent when she is home.

Elysha started dancing at Studio 24 at the age of 4 and has trained in all genres. Elysha continued studying dance at John Curtin College of the Arts where she also studied media arts, production and photography. Elysha is currently contracted to Krave Perth Dance agency and has worked as a professional dancer all around Perth as well as Malaysia, for Resorts World Genting. Elysha started working for DancePro in 2018. Elysha loves that working for DancePro let’s her watch and admire all the amazing talent Perth has to offer at many dance competitions and showcases across WA!

Scott is a contemporary dancer, choreographer, movement director and educator. For the past 10 years he has performed locally, nationally & internationally with numerous dance companies such as Australian Dance Theatre and ilDance (Sweden). Scott has also gone on to choreograph an array of contemporary works that have been performed throughout Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Africa, Asia and North America. Scott’s passion and love for dance stems from his fascination with the human body, the investigation and creative development of movement patterns, and the power that dance possess by connecting people from all walks of life and cultures. Scott has been using his skills to produce high quality videos for DancePro since 2019.

Emma has recently joined DancePro in 2020. With Emma’s love for the performing arts industry and dancing from a very young age, she enjoys being able to work with the DancePro team to capture breathtaking performances for dancers of all ages. Emma believes the most rewarding part about her role with DancePro is that she is able to put smiles on all of the performers faces when they collect their dance media after they have performed. With over 10 years of dance training, Emma has completed multiple cruise ship contracts as a dancer and entertainer on board some spectacular ships. In the future, Emma hopes to continue her professional dance career and can’t wait to see where this takes her.

Nikita began training in dance at the age of 2 and competing by the age of 4. Ever since, she has continued in the field of dance, from performing in musicals and concerts to teaching all styles of dance. The thing she loves most about dance is the freedom and originality that can be portrayed through movement along with the pure joy of performing in front of an audience. She joined the DancePro team in 2019, filming and producing videos for dance competitions. Nikita enjoys capturing the performances as it is rewarding to see the dancers and their families watch what they’ve worked hard on in dance classes. Nikita's understanding of musical timing, choreography and directions of travel are helpful in guiding camera movements to consistently produce excellent quality media.

Dancing since age 2, Sharon has always had a passion for dance. The adrenaline rush before and after a performance is unlike anything else. As a competitive dancer, Sharon found herself analysing performances through her photos and videos. She understands the importance of providing excellent quality dance videos to look back on, even long after the performance is over. Away from DancePro, Sharon’s hobbies include teaching dance and being a sports coach, as well as studying to be a Speech Pathologist.

Kayla started dancing at the age of 5 and hasn’t stopped since, it’s where she has made life long friends and it’s helped her become a better person. She has recently started working with DancePro in 2020 and loves seeing the excitement on many dancers faces as they check their photos and videos. Kayla believes that delivering images of a perfectly timed kick, leap or pose that dancers can look back on later in life is the most rewarding part of her role.
